This is a brand new. 80 LPM high quality 80LPM. It is available in either 3 levers full remote, or 5 levers, (2 manual, 3 full remote).

This is a full replacement package if you have an existing tilt tray with an old manual lever valve. We supply all parts as per photo. You will need to do the final wiring to your battery, & to the 6 solenoids we supply. We will send a'how to'.

This is designed for Tilt Tray Trucks, Cranes, Skip Bin Trucks, Front end Loaders, Backhoes or any application where you need to control 3 or 5 individual functions or cylinders. This 80LPM flow rate is commonly used for units that have large/long hydraulic cylinders that require a larger volume of oil to move quickly eg. These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors. This valve uses air/ electric solenoids, (full electric are not powerful enough to move the spools, so air supply must be present). Solenoids are available in only 24 v. Supplied with this are 4mm push fittings. All that is required is to supply air through 4mm nylon tubing, & to connect your wires to the Hershman plugs. Material of Construction = Steel. No of Spools = 3 or 5. No of remote actuated spools, 3. Air push fits = 4mm. Material of Construction = Case Hardened Steel. O-rings made of NBR (Buna-N®). Max Flow Rate = 80 liters/min (20 Gallons per Minute). Max Working Pressure = 315 Bar (4750 PSI).

Spool Movement = Lever action, Spring Return to Center. Built in Relief Valve = Adjustable (factory set at 2200 PSI). Operating temperature range: -20 °C to + 80°C.

These 80 LPM valves require a separate "Power Beyond" sleeve to operate a secondary valve downstream. As per photos, there are a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one), two "T" Tank return ports and also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function.

This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary. (must be a lower volume though). A & B ports run to your cylinder or other functions.
