There are three positions on the lever top middle and bottom are a BC or one neutral to however you wanna look at it there are three positions. This unit is a new old stock unit so we do have it listed as used simply because it's been sitting on a shelf collecting dust for the last few years it has never installed or used and is still in perfect condition.
