Hydraulic Log Splitter Lever Control Valve with Auto Kick Out, 80l/min
Log Splitter Valve with Auto Kick Out. This specialised valve designed for use on log splitter machinery. It is a 3-position valve with a spring return to neutral for splitting the log dead mans lever and detented in the reverse direction for returning the blade.
A built in relief valve protects the hydraulic circuit. Both the main relief and kickout pressures are adjustable. To provide flexibility of mounting the lever can be fitted to the 180 deg position. This facility also reverses the lever movement in relation to the spool.
Port Sizes P & T = 3/4 BSP, A & B = 1/2 BSP. Body - Cast Iron (EN-GJL300). Max Working Pressure P = 250Bar, A & B = 300Bar. Max Flow Rate 80 L/min. Automatic Spool Release = 70-140Bar.
Relief Valve Setting 180Bar (250Bar Max). Temperature Range - -15deg C to + 80 Deg C. APPLICATION: Suitable for log splitters and applications requiring a pressure kick-out to neutral function.
